Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Shipping cost: €12.95
Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Available for orders over €50
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging)
- All labels and accessories are included
- You have a valid proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygienic reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- 2-persoons slaapbank met afneembare hoes (if the cover has been used)
- All fabric-upholstered sofas (including those with teddy stof, fluweel, and gecapitonneerde models)

- Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging and attach the return label
- Ship the package back using the designated carrier

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
